Building systems.
Building legacy.
We help owner-operated trucking, motorcoach, and fleet companies find what's broken, then build the SOPs, job descriptions, and onboarding systems that fix it, so the right people join and actually stay.
Most fleets don't have a people problem.
They have a structure problem.
Growth is coming to transportation and fleet operators across Alberta. The companies that win it are the ones with real systems behind them, not the ones scrambling after a bad inspection.
Clear roles
Everyone knows the job. No guessing, no overlap, no dropped balls.
Smarter onboarding
New hires get set up to succeed from day one, not left to figure it out.
Paths for growth
People can see where the job leads, so they stick around to find out.
Stronger retention
Structure creates clarity. Clarity is what actually keeps people.
Three steps. No wasted motion.
Documentation
We look at what's actually happening on the ground and write it down: SOPs, safe work practices, job descriptions, the works.
Systems integration
We build the structure into the tools you already run, dispatch, compliance tracking, driver communication, so it sticks.
Installation & handoff
We train your team on it and hand it off clean. No dependency on us to keep it running.
From zero to fully onboarded.
A motorcoach company had no formal onboarding. New drivers came in with no standard process and no tracked documents. We built the whole system: checklists, driver files, twelve policies, and a seven-step training manual.
The result: every new driver now goes through the same seven steps, every time. Nothing depends on one person's memory.

Greene Ops Group is based in Calmar, Alberta, and works with owner-operated transportation, fleet, and motorcoach companies across Alberta. We're not a call center of consultants who've never touched a dispatch board. We build the systems ourselves, then hand you the keys.

Lynne Greene
Founder & Principal ConsultantLynne built Greene Ops Group around one idea: the fleets that win aren't the ones with the most drivers, they're the ones with the clearest systems. She works directly with owners to review what's broken and build the job descriptions and onboarding structure that turn a scramble into an operation.
30+ years in operations: 15 years as a Community Constable and Military Police Officer, with a focus on traffic enforcement and court liaison. Then transit, highway coach, and fleet operations across Alberta. She's trained drivers, built onboarding programs, and coordinated G7 Summit transportation in Kananaskis in 2025 with the RCMP and Global Affairs Canada. Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, University of Alberta, with distinction. Certified Professional Bus Operator.
Off the clock. Lynne is building projects, working in the garden, or travelling. She shares it all on Instagram.

Co-Founder & Aviation Ground Operations ConsultantWalter brings the operations side of the partnership, working alongside Lynne to make sure every system Greene Ops Group builds actually holds up on the ground, not just on paper.
16 years on the ramp at Air Canada, the last several as Lead Ground Handler running ground crews on live commercial flights: marshalling aircraft, directing towing, managing turnarounds, and inspecting equipment before every use. Trained in dangerous goods handling and airport safety. Nominee, Canadian Airports Council Award for Operational Excellence. Through Greene Ops Group, he brings that same depth to airlines and airports on ground handling, ramp safety, and crew workflow.
Sam Rostainajad
Technical AdvisorSam is the founder of GridOps, a software platform built for charter, shuttle and bus tour operators. He spent five years in ground transportation technology, including three years leading sales at Zaui Software, working with tour and transportation operators across North America.
He built GridOps by working directly with operators, not from a spec. Quoting, dispatch, driver assignment, the daily calls that run a fleet. That includes using AI to take the routine work out of dispatch and quoting. At Greene Ops Group, Sam advises on the technical side. How documented systems get built into the tools a fleet already uses, and where AI actually helps versus where it just adds another login. Based in Calgary, Alberta.

Written procedures your team can actually follow, from a single policy to a full operations manual.
Job descriptions & org structure
Clear roles and reporting lines, so decisions get made faster because everyone knows their job.
Assessment prep & fix plans
Get ready for a safety assessment, or fix what a failed one found, with our scored kits and a plain fix plan.
Aviation ground ops consulting
Ramp safety, ground handling procedures and crew workflow for airlines and airports.
Six things every new hire should get on day one.
- ✓ Job description
- ✓ Reporting structure
- ✓ Role clarity
- ✓ Training plan
- ✓ Systems & tools
- ✓ Set expectations
What it costs to get this built.
These are starting prices. Every project gets its own signed Statement of Work with a fixed fee, hourly cap, or retainer, so there's never a surprise invoice.
Single SOP or policy
One document, written and ready to hand to your team. Priced per document.
Small package (5–10 SOPs)
The most common starting point: your core policies, documented and consistent.
Full safety program
SOPs, policies, and a full training manual. Built for growing or higher-risk fleets.
Final price depends on fleet size and scope. Real compliance and safety systems cost less than one bad inspection or one lawsuit.

From Zero to Fully Onboarded: How We Built a Driver System From Scratch
The Problem
A mid-sized passenger motorcoach company had no formal HR or onboarding system. New drivers came in with no standard process, no tracked documents, and no training checklist. Compliance gaps and turnover risk built up quietly in the background.
What We Built
A full HR onboarding package: new hire checklist, driver qualification file, orientation checklist, expiry tracking sheet, and a progressive discipline process. Twelve supporting policy documents covering fatigue management, fleet cameras, electronic device use, and driver protocol, each with a sign-off page. A seven-step driver training manual covering pre-training, insurance and system setup, road training with an 18-topic checklist, post-training evaluation, mandatory testing, reference checks, and final HR sign-off.
The Result
Every new driver now goes through the same seven steps, every time. Nothing depends on memory or one person's habits. The company has a paper trail for compliance and a repeatable process for scaling.
If your onboarding lives in someone's head instead of on paper, you're one turnover away from losing the whole system. This same process can be built for your fleet in weeks, not months.
